Eddie Izzard ran 43 marathons in 51 days. He also decided to perform his stand-up routine in French forcing himself to learn the language. He then did the same thing in German. He is now one of the world's leading stand-up comedians and a Hollywood actor. How? By placing a demand on himself.

Geoff did it when he released the omnibus version of Watch My Back. He was on national television and completed a 32 city tour to fill the demand that the release placed on him.
